It is designed to address specific issues affecting the health and functioning of a family. It also can be used to help a family through a major transition, or mental or behavioral health problems.

Child & Adolescent Therapy

Child & adolescent therapy helps children to process their emotions and understand their thoughts and behaviors. It can help children and adolescents cope with stresses like divorce, death, and family or school transistitions. Sessions can focus on working towards an optimistic future, developing positive coping methods, as well as boosting self-esteem, self-confidence, and other position traits in children.
